1. Each participant agrees to act as if they were participating in a meeting with one another face-to-face.

2. Each participant is prepared to start at meeting time, not join to then troubleshoot technology. Join meeting early to avoid delays that happen from last minute software downloads, audio/video malfunctions, problems from having an unanticipated weak Internet connection.

3. Each participant is entitled to participate using their own device (BYOD = bring your own device), regardless of operating system used by other participants. Teams in the same company should agree upon best device and adopt companywide to decrease costs and service time in troubleshooting multiple devices.
